Techultra POS profit — user wise

Weight/pack is the product's real pack size — read from the product name, or from its Odoo variant ("100ml", "500ml"...) when the name has none; "set Pack (L) →" means neither was found and the Pack (L) figure is an unverified guess, so check it. Cost/unit = raw material ₹/kg (avg of last 5 Techultra vendor bills) ÷ output % × oil density (kg/L) × pack size (L) + packing ₹. Enter the output % you get from the raw material (e.g. 55 for 55% oil from coconut chips) — everything blue is editable, and untick "Mfg?" to use the vendor-billed cost instead. Remember to save.

Cost pricelist (top right) switches what the cost column is built from: Actual cost is Techultra's own vendor-bill purchase price for the matching raw material — true store-level profit. Franchise cost is the same rule used on themillers.odoo.com/pos-profit (avg of last 5 B2B invoice prices billed to franchisees) — shows profit as if this store bought at the wholesale-to-franchise rate instead, for comparing this store against franchisee economics. Either way: cost/unit defaults to the average of the last 5 posted prices on/before the end date (size-adjusted where billed per kg); manual cost edits, oil setups, and the "own purchase" vs "kg rate ×" source label are tracked separately per pricelist. Type in the box to correct a cost or fill a red "manual" product, then save. Amber "review" = per-kg rate assumed on a product with no pack size in its name. "Download Excel (filtered)" exports exactly the dates, POS user, search text, and selected pricelist — Summary, Detail, and an Oil manufacturing sheet when oils are in view — not the whole database.
